1978 – Fashion NME Guide To Rock & Roll London
In early 1978, the NME who was one of the big four weekly music papers, produced a Guide To Rock & Roll London that listed pubs, record shops, bands and more plus a feature on fashion. The latter was done by those two little punky backstabbing scamps Julie Burchill and Tony Parsons.
Regardless it’s a great snapshot in time and reflects the punk zeitgeist. Click on below for larger image.
