Girl On Page 3 / Grammar School Girls (Big Bear 1978)

I sometimes find it difficult to swallow that bands like the Bullets from Birmingham got a single out while other better punk acts struggled for so long with nothing. To top it all, they resort to that most base of rock'n'roll tricks of roping in some topless model to help flog the single. Grammar School Girls is the pick with singer Harry Lang's hysterical vocal effort to be punky over a sub Stranglers cast off riff. Terrible but listenable to!
